layers [value]
The layers command reports or sets the number of layers used by the router for routing. This value is independent of the number of layers defined by the technology LEF file, but must be less than or equal to the number of routing layers defined. Values outside of the defined range will be limited.
layers is implemented as a built-in command in the Tcl version of qrouter. It is equivalent to the original "Num_layers" declaration in the configuration file.
