pitchy [value]
The pitchy command sets the value of the base pitch for routing horizontal layers. If given, value is in units of microns. If no argument is given, then the value of the base pitch for horizontal layer routes is returned. If the value given is larger than the existing pitch, then the value will be ignored.
pitchy is implemented as a built-in command in qrouter, only in the Tcl version.
