read_config filename
where filename is the name of a qrouter configuration file containing information telling the router what layers to use, where to find LEF files, and so forth.
The read_config command reads information from a configuration file in the format used primarily by qrouter version 1.1. It contains information needed by qrouter to set up the environment for routing.
read_config is implemented as a built-in command in qrouter, and is equivalent to specifying "-c config_file" on the OS command line.
